Visual Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Labour Solutions Australia.
As a key member of our merchandising field team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and maintaining a high level of product presentation in major supermarkets throughout Australia.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating beautiful spaces and a keen eye for detail.
You will be working closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
Merchandising the company's product range in-store at major supermarket chains, ensuring a high level of product presentation and visual appeal.Creating point of sale displays and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.Checking stock levels for stores and liaising with store managers to ensure efficient inventory management.Bringing stock onto the shop floor from the loading dock, unpacking, and displaying products in a visually appealing manner.Cleaning the display area and checking stock quality to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Providing exceptional customer service and liaising with store and department managers to resolve any issues.Requirements for the role include:
A reliable car and Australian driver's license are essential for this position.Ability to work early mornings (6am) and be physically fit to handle the demands of the role.Prior retail, supermarket, or merchandising experience is an advantage, but not essential.Exceptional customer service skills and great communication abilities are a must.Well-presented and creative individuals with a flair for visual merchandising are encouraged to apply.We offer a competitive salary and opportunities for professional growth and development.
