What You'll Do: Create Stunning Store ExperiencesPlan, map, and execute seasonal merchandising strategies that captivate and inspire.Ensure every display aligns with the Victoria's Secret brand aesthetic, driving customer engagement and sales.Lead with ImpactGuide and motivate the visual merchandising team to achieve exceptional presentation standards.Develop talent through onboarding, training, and performance management, fostering a culture of excellence.Strategize and ExecuteOwn the store's floor plans and fixture updates using Digital Brand Guides and fixture databases.Implement brand rollouts and visual initiatives with precision and creativity.Analyze merchandise flow to create sell-down strategies that maximize performance.Enhance Team CapabilityBuild expertise within the team through education and the use of the latest tools and techniques.Share insights and recommend solutions to elevate our visual merchandising approach.What We're Looking For: Tertiary qualifications in Visual Merchandising or a related field.Leadership experience in guiding a results-driven visual merchandising team.Proficiency in design software: Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.Strong numerical acumen for data analysis and reporting.Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.The ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure.Why Join Victoria's Secret?
