What We Are Looking For Previous experience in creative / visual merchandising is essential along with photos of previous creative work to be submitted with your application. Drivers license and own vehicle is required. Enthusiastic, dedicated, and hard working. A passion for all things creative. Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace. Strong organisational skills. Self motivated and ambition to build a career. What Your Day Will Involve Support the state to achieve a high level of visual merchandising standards across stores. Implementation of National Visual Merchandising directives and ensuring these are adhered to. Travel to and assistance in new store set ups. Marketing/Promotion/Sale/VM follow-up and implementation in stores. Maintaining VM & store presentation standards across stores. Training and developing in store team to ensure all VM standards are followed. Providing feedback to the store manager, regional team and head office regarding all VM standards.
