ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our Factorie team as a Visual Merchandising Specialist.
You will be leading the development and preparation of retail implementation that reflects the style of each season.
You will gain hands-on experience working with the Buyer and Trend teams to create and deliver new presentation and display techniques that best showcase our brand.
We are looking for someone who has initiative and problem-solving skills that assist in creating compelling visual stories with product, whilst also identifying and creating opportunities through VM to maximize sales.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Demonstrated experience in a similar Support Centre VM or Space Planner roleProven problem-solving abilities to assess options, identify and implement creative, innovative, and flexible solutions within the Visual Merchandise remitProficiency with In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft OfficeStrong organization, planning, and time management skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholdersOUR CULTURE We are committed to teamwork, having fun, creating a great vibe, and helping customers find their Factorie style.
