HUGO BOSS is looking for a talented Visual Merchandise Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based in Sydney and reporting to the Visual Merchandise Manager, the Visual Merchandise Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all aspects of Visual Merchandising are commercially and locally executed in accordance with the Global VM Standards within a portfolio of stores.
What you can expect: Interpreting and executing VM directives, ensuring that visual merchandising standards are consistent and aligned with brand and business requirementsWorking with the retail management teams to identify and implement merchandising opportunities that are commercially astute to maximize salesProviding VM support and on-the-job training to the retail teamExecuting new collection drops in line with VM directives, ensuring minimum disruption to the in-store customer experienceImplementing store window displaysMannequin dressing and stylingYour profile: Visual merchandising experience within the retail (preferably apparel) industry of at least two yearsAbility to develop respectful, effective working relationshipsStrong attention to detailGood time management and prioritization skillsSelf-motivated with a can-do approachAdaptable and flexibleYour benefits: Up to 65% off our premium product rangeAnnual clothing allowanceFlexible working hoursAdditional birthday leave dayEmployee referral program where you can earn up to $2,000 per person you referAccess to an Employee Assistance ProgramThe chance to be a part of a team of talented, creative and passionate individualsWe are a global company with our employees representative of the world at large.
