Become part of our team of more than 19,000 employees worldwide and shape your future at HUGO BOSS!Based in Queensland and reporting to the Visual Merchandise Manager, the Visual Merchandise Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all aspects of Visual Merchandising are commercially and locally executed in accordance with the Global VM Standards within a portfolio of stores.What you can expect:Interpreting and executing VM directive, ensuring that visual merchandising standards are consistent and aligned with brand and business requirements.Working with the retail management teams to identify and implement merchandising opportunities that are commercially astute to maximise sales.Providing VM support and on-the-job training to the retail team.Executing new collection drops in line with VM directives, ensuring minimum disruption to the in-store customer experience.Implementing store window displays.Mannequin dressing and styling.Your profile:Visual merchandising experience within the retail (preferably apparel) industry of at least two years.Ability to develop respectful, effective working relationships.Strong attention to detail.Good time management and prioritisation skills.Self-motivated with a can-do approach.Adaptable and flexible.Your benefits:Up to 65% off our premium product range.Annual clothing allowance.Flexible working hours.Additional birthday leave day.Employee referral program where you can earn up to $2,000 per person you refer.Access to an Employee Assistance Program.The chance to be a part of a team of talented, creative and passionate individuals.We are a global company with our employees representative of the world at large.
