Visual Merchandise Coordinator - Concessions Location: Australia-NSW-Pyrmont Contract: 12 month FTC The Opportunity The Sheridan Visual Merchandising Coordinator – Concessions is responsible for the VM direction across all MYER & David Jones concession businesses. Working collaboratively with both support centre & retail stakeholders, this role ensures the brands key business objectives are achieved within the concession environment. Key responsibilities include: Communicate all VM directives and initiatives for concession stores and manage feedback and sign off from key stakeholders. Provide support and feedback to stores through photo share and store visits. Conduct and participate in VM floor sets and store merchandising to aid store execution. Provide support for New Store Openings as required. Conduct regular VM training and store visits with Area Managers and field retail teams. Create guidelines around safe VM practices. Assist VM team for special projects and in-store set ups. What experience do I have: Previous experience in a Visual Merchandising role within the retail environment. High level of attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Dynamic and flexible approach to your work with a "go-getter" attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with relationship building capabilities on all levels. Be a strong team player with a willingness to put all hands on deck when necessary.
