Your work will span animated and static visual design content, ensuring that complex concepts are communicated effectively. You'll create engaging visuals that assist student learning, deliver high-quality work efficiently, and reinforce our brand.What you'll doCreate and deliver high-quality visual content that delights our customers, meets company objectives, and reinforces our brand identity.Ability to take complex concepts and communicate them simply through engaging visuals and content. Use your creativity to make learning enjoyable and accessible for students without sacrificing academic rigour.Design with systems and scalability in mind, where graphic elements, illustrations, animations and layout templates can be re-used and built to scale.Manage your workload effectively and efficiently by prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high-quality standards.Collaborate with Content Creators to develop visual designs for online courses, including videos, imagery, and written content.Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and Design Reviews to contribute to the Visual Content Design team's culture of excellence.What you'll bring to AtomiA deep understanding of design principles and strong visual design skills relating to layout, colour, typography, imagery and graphic organisers.Ability to create visually cohesive and compelling designs.Proficiency with design and video editing softwares, as well as project management tools.Proficiency in designing for digital mediums such as video and images for web-based platforms.Ability to work within Atomi's established brand guidelines and contribute to their development.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate design concepts clearly.Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Graduated in a physics-related degree or hands-on industry experience in a physics-related role.A passion for teaching and education with a strong knowledge of high school-level Science.Working at AtomiTailored flexibility: Enjoy work-life balance with hours that adapt to your needs, whether for university, family or personal time.Generous leave: Experience unlimited paid leave options as a permanent team member.Location Independence: Work from Sydney, interstate or wherever you find inspiration.Growth and development: Use ongoing opportunities to improve your skills and expand your knowledge.Holistic wellbeing: Benefit from a comprehensive employee assistance program subscription and additional wellbeing leave, supporting your best self.Parental support: Enjoy 14 weeks of paid leave for new parents, with additional leave specifically for birthing parents.Work with the best: We know you want to work alongside the best, so we work hard to hire only the best.Regular social in-person and remote events: Including team sports competitions, trivia nights and themed annual events.Atomi access: Enjoy free Atomi services for you and your family.Onsite teams: Our Sydney office is ideally located in a central setting with cafes, shops and public transport nearby.How to ApplyWe'd like to understand who you are, your values and your professional journey.
