Caroline Chisholm College is seeking an enthusiastic professional to cover the Secondary Visual Arts teaching position for Term 1 and Term 2 in 2025.
This position is temporary part-time and is a 0.6 role.
The Successful Candidate The successful candidate will fit the following criteria: Demonstrating knowledge of the new NSW Syllabuses, having a strong knowledge base of the subject's content, how creative arts is learned, what affects students' opportunities to learn creative arts and how the learning of creative arts can be enhanced.
Current teaching qualifications for Stage 4 & 5 Visual Arts.
Making a positive difference to the learning outcomes of all student achievement levels.
Applying knowledge and experience of the qualities of effective interpersonal skills and a collaborative teamwork approach.
Having the capacity to work in a high functioning Creative Arts KLA team that shares a vision for contemporary learning.
Demonstrating high quality classroom teaching skills which enable students with a diverse range of needs to achieve their full potential.
Qualifications & Accreditation: Tertiary Qualification in Education Statements of Service Working with Children Check clearance Sound knowledge of and commitment to our Catholic faith and mission in Catholic education.
