This is a fixed term position for 2025.

This position will commence on at the beginning of Term 1, 2025.
The successful applicant must have - full registration or provisional registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching - be accredited to teach Religious Education in a Catholic Primary School.

The teacher will manage co-curricular activities such as Art club and demonstrate a strong understanding and passion of the Visual Arts curriculum and Catholic education.
There are two beautiful Art spaces one in the Junior Learning Area and the other in the Senior Learning Space.
This is where the classes will primarily take place.
Key duties include lesson planning, coordinating visual arts programming, student assessment and reporting, fostering passion and a love for Visual Arts and Catholic world view, maintaining effective relationships with students, staff and parent communities.
Applicants require the following Avid art making skill and techniques suitable for visual arts Computer literate Be a registered teacher in Victoria Cognisant and experience of teaching and learning in a primary school Proven ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic and innovative primary team Skills in integrating technologies effectively in the teaching and learning program An aptitude to work as a member of a team Please address the criteria outlined in the attached document and complete the Application for Employment form.
