ABOUT THE ROLE... Zoos SA is seeking customer service members to join the fun and hardworking Visitor Services team at Adelaide Zoo and Monarto Safari Park.
The roles will be offered on a Casual basis.
As part of our Visitor Operations team, you will:
Provide a high level of customer service for all Visitor Service functions;Meet and greet visitors upon arrival and processing entrance fees;Attend to counter sales and assist customers with their enquiries in our Retail outlets;Promote the selling of Zoos SA products and experiences;Deliver on a range of zoo bookings;Assist with customer enquiries, tours and experiences across Zoos SA.ABOUT YOU... To be considered for this position, you will have/be:
Excited about providing customer service in a visitor-focused role;Innovative and solutions-focused;It is desirable to have experience in using a computerised booking, membership and point of sales system;Knowledge and experience in handling public enquiries and complaints;Experience in cash handling.WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU...
