Calling all Customer Service Officers, Retail & Rental Officers and Level 1 Ski Instructors who would like to join the winter team! 28th May, 2024 Time to chase the snowflakes at Lake Mountain this winter! Our Visitor Service Officers are the 'go-to-people' for guests visiting the resort. In this role, no two days will be the same as you move around our charming snow play resort as a valued member of the Visitor Experience team. Your day at the 'office' could be indoors for example, working as a member of our retail and rental team, greeting guest at our resort entry or serving coffee. Alternatively, you could find yourself out on the snowfields supervising one of our toboggan/tube runs or teaching our little snow bunnies how to ski (if you have ski instructor qualifications). On the days you're out on the snowfields we will provide you with snow gear to keep you toasty warm! There is so many opportunities for you to build your skills and knowledge of the resort in a variety of tasks as a member of our Visitor Experience team. But life isn't about all work and no play!
