About the Role The Visitor Service Officer (VSO) role involves the provision of a welcoming environment and high-quality experience for Museum visitors. VSO's ensure the safety of visitors and staff within the Museum, as well as the security of the Museum collection.

The successful applicant will be expected to:
Provide a high level of visitor engagement through advanced tours, technology, and interpretive programs.Support retail activities.Support public events and functions through either the event set-up and/or pack down, and through tours.Provide a high standard of security and safety for visitors and the Museum precinct. #J-18808-Ljbffr
