You will deliver, as part of a small dedicated team of emergency specialists, excellence in clinical care every patient, every time.
You will promote seamless continuity of care between inpatient and outpatient services.
You will provide inpatient and emergency department service to ensure optimal medical care to the patients of Armidale Rural Referral Hospital.
Armidale Rural Referral Hospital is a ninety-nine bed facility providing a comprehensive range of services including acute medical and surgical services, obstetrics, paediatrics, and a range of diagnostic and allied health services.
The hospital features a busy emergency department, a Level 3 Close Observation Unit, a mental health unit, and a renal dialysis unit.
The referral community of the area is 55,200.
Adult Medical services include respiratory, cardiac, chemotherapy, renal, and palliative care.
Surgical services include general, orthopaedics, gynaecology, urology, and ophthalmology.

Evidence of being a medical expert, demonstrated by recent and comprehensive experience in General Practice.
Completion or currently undertaking an Emergency Life Support course and skill/experience in Emergency Medicine.
