The purpose of this role is to:Provide administrative support to Smile Patrol DentalBe responsible for the administration processes and procedures of the Practice, ensuring all functions are carried out in accordance with agreed procedures, protocols, and timescales.Facilitate effective communication between schools, parents, and others.Provide information as required through searches and data extraction using various IT sources.The responsibilities include but are not limited to:Diary Bookings:Process consent forms received ensuring that the patients are added to the diary in a timely manner.Booking patients in the diary.Liaise with the Practice Manager to discuss booking size and diary space.Ensure diary software is kept tidy and accurate.Rearrange clinics where necessary.Coordination:Liaise with sites to ensure they are ready for the visit.Ensure reminders are sent out in a timely manner.Ensure all relevant paperwork is sent out on time including staff WWC checks and insurance.Preparing and sending patient lists ready for visit.General Admin:Paper consent forms processing including adding these to spreadsheets.Post out consent forms when requested.Filing of paperwork as requested.Communication:Answering the Practice phone line.Taking messages and passing on calls.Answering general queries and questions.Send payment details for private appointments.Stock:Ensure deliveries are correct and recorded.Put stock away in an orderly fashion.Updating stock management software where appropriate.About us:Smile Patrol school dental is a provider for free dental checks for children in schools.
