About the Opportunity As a Vision Store Support Officer, you will provide exceptional face-to-face customer service, conduct product demonstrations, and manage online inquiries to enhance the customer experience. In this role you will also:
Support general customer inquiries in multiple channels including face to face, phone, and email;Process equipment claims for MAC, DVA, NDIS, and other funded sales;Administer online communication platforms for the Vision Store team.As part of the Vision Store team, you should have experience in high-level retail sales and customer service. In addition, optical dispensing/assistant or other medical equipment or technology sales experience is desirable. You will also have:
