Visa Application Processing:Review and verify documents for Australian & Vietnamese students visa and education applications.Ensure all submissions comply with the visa requirements and deadlines.Handle and process various types of Australian visa applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness to avoid rejection.2. Client Consulting & Support:Communicate with clients via email and phone to collect necessary documents and information.Provide updates to clients on the progress of their applications.Follow up with clients and educational institutions for pending documents or payments.Send reminders to clients about key deadlines.Assist clients in preparing and organizing visa application, Ensure timely submission of necessary documents.3. Documentation Management:Draft, organize, and upload all required documents to relevant platforms.Maintain a secure and structured filing system for all applications.Identify errors in submitted applications or documentation and correct them efficiently before submission.Ensure all documents adhere to legal standards.4. Compliance and Quality Assurance:Conduct a thorough quality check of all applications to ensure compliance with Australian immigration laws and guidelines.Identify discrepancies or missing documents and rectify them proactively.Ensure meticulous attention to details in all aspects of work, from document preparation to case management.5. Reporting:Provide regular status updates to the team and management.Prepare reports on completed applications, pending tasks, and issues faced.6.
