Are you passionate about delivering exceptional sales services and eager to connect with customers virtually? Michael Hill is on the lookout for two enthusiastic individuals to join our Remote Virtual Sales team in newly created part-time roles.
This is your opportunity to bring the Michael Hill experience online, helping customers find their perfect pieces from the comfort of their homes! About the Role: As an Online Sales Associate (internally you'll be known as Virtual Sales Associate), your main responsibility will be to convert online visitors into satisfied Michael Hill customers.
You'll proactively engage with customers online through our website as well as be ready to receive customer-initiated chats, and appointment bookings, providing excellent service and utilising your product knowledge and sales skills to meet sales targets Key Responsibilities: Manage instant interactions, virtual appointments and customer communication through approved platforms.
Process sales using Michael Hill's Online Attribution Model (and POS where required).
Build and maintain an online customer database to drive both virtual and in-store sales.
Meet individual sales and response time targets.
Deliver exceptional service to ensure a premium online experience.
Collaborate with the Virtual Sales Operational Management team on various operational tasks.
Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales expertise.
What We're Looking For: Previous retail experience with premium brands (jewellery, fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle).
A self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Target-driven and motivated by achieving results.
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate backend systems, including Powerfront.
Professional presentation and a customer-first mindset.

The Details: Positions Available: 2x Part-Time Roles (20 hours per week) Shift Patterns: One position: Wednesday to Sunday Other position: Thursday to Tuesday Evening Shifts: 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm QLD time (flexibility available where needed) Location: Australia or New Zealand based, primarily working from home, with potential office work.
