As one of our Virtual Receptionists, you will play a crucial role in the OfficeHQ model.
You won't just represent OfficeHQ; you'll also be the voice of our clients, ensuring their customers receive the highest standard of service.
Due to ongoing expansion, we are seeking 10 full-time Receptionists to join our remote team, working from home on the Sunshine Coast.
An onboarding session will commence on 7th October 2024.
Following the onboarding, paid training will be conducted at our Maroochydore office over 10 business days, Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 5.00pm.
We operate 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Shifts may involve some weekend work and scope of hours are: 06.30 am to 7.00pm (penalty rates after hours and weekends)

What you will be doing:

Professionally handle inbound calls on behalf of our clients.
Promptly and efficiently take and relay messages, ensuring a positive and professional representation of the company.
Offer a warm and friendly phone presence, by smiling, being helpful, and maintaining a positive attitude.
Consistently align actions with our culture and company values.

To be considered for this role you must possess the following attributes:

Prior experience in a busy contact centre or receptionist role, such as medical reception, is highly regarded.
Excellent speaking voice and telephone manner, common sense (and lots of it!
), a sense of humour, and a resilient nature are always beneficial.
Intermediate PC skills and experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Teams platforms is helpful.
Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
A commitment to ongoing learning.
Ability to adapt and adjust to changing work environments.
A reliable team player with a positive and helpful attitude.
Pride in delivering high-quality work and providing a positive client experience.

What you will need:

Safe, quiet and private designated workspace (desk or table), free of distractions.
Designated office chair.

Equipment Requirements:

Operating System: Minimum Windows 11 or Mac Big Sur.
CPU Specifications: Intel i5 or Ryzen 5.
RAM: 8GB.
Monitor Specification: Minimum screen size of 19 inches diagonally.
Screen Resolution: Minimum 1920 x 1080.
Headset: Supplied headset by the company that needs to connect to your computer via USB or a microphone jack.
NBN Requirements:Home standard NBN is minimum requirement - see link for further information here .
Hard wired connection to your modem/router.

What we will provide:

Salary ranging from $51,678 to $52,119 including discretionary incentives, plus upskilling bonus, WFH allowance, and penalty rates for after-hours and weekend work.
Additional 11.5% superannuation applies.
