Bookkeeper for a Wholesale Company in Australia (Home Based Part Time) Job Description
• Process payroll accurately and in compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Handle incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Prepare allocation transfers and cash flow reports.
• Provide administrative support.
Skill Set
• This role is open to Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines only.
• Proficiency in MYOB: Demonstrated experience using MYOB for payroll, invoicing, and reporting.
• Bookkeeping Experience: Strong background in bookkeeping, including handling financial records, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Proven attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
