We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our clients while working from Global FPO. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements. For this role, strong experience is required using communication tools like Skype, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. Responsibilities: Respond to emails and phone calls. Book travel and accommodations. Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records. Perform market research. Create presentations, as assigned. Provide customer service as first point of contact.

Requirements: Excellent communication skills are a must. Ability to work from home for 9 hours a day. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Windows, Project, Visio, Excel, and Word. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry is preferred. Foreign language skills, particularly in Chinese, would be highly beneficial. Experience managing multiple complex projects. A college degree in engineering, construction management, or urban planning is required. Understanding of complex design details and aesthetics. Proven experience in commercial and/or residential construction management. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to maintain a broad project perspective while managing details. No leaves permitted for the first three months, except for emergencies. Weekends and holidays will be observed.
