Virtual Assistant for Mortgage Broker full time This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Broker Assistant at Mortgage Alley. As an assistant, you will be responsible for supporting mortgage brokers in their day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to mortgage broker, including organizing files, scheduling appointments, and handling client inquiries.Assist in the preparation of mortgage documents and applications.Liaising with our Clients, Lenders, conveyancers and referral partners (Real Estate etc).Guiding clients through the loan application process, while gathering and processing the appropriate documents.Performing data entry into CRM systemAssisting broker with tasks such as pricing, policy, and servicing.Providing post-approval and settlement care to the customer.Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to messages and comments, and monitoring engagement.Qualifications
