Virtual Assistant – Admin, Compliance and Finance Support for NDIS Business hourly Are you an experienced professional with a passion for detail and a background in compliance, finance, or NDIS operations?
Join our growing team as a Virtual Assistant and play a critical role in supporting our NDIS business.
About Us: We are an NDIS Provider specializing in Supported Independent Living (SIL) and community participation, dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of people with disabilities.

Position: Virtual Assistant – Compliance & Finance Support Location: Remote Employment Type: Part-time with the potential for Full-time work (flexible hours available) Key Responsibilities: Compliance Management: Ensure all staff documents are up-to-date and compliant with NDIS requirements.
Research, implement, and manage monthly staff training programs.
Monitor and manage internal compliance training for staff.
HR management and assistance.
Admin and Operational Support: Admin assistance working closely with Management.
CRM management and rosters assistance.
Maintain and manage staff schedules in ShiftCare.
Bookkeeping and accounting.
Analyze expenses such as mileage, house costs, and other operational spending.
Create and maintain financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
Track and report participant plan usage and progress.
Administrative Tasks: Manage payroll efficiently and accurately.
Prepare and issue invoices promptly.
Qualifications: Proven experience in compliance, finance, or administrative support (NDIS experience highly preferred).
Familiarity with ShiftCare or similar rostering software.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in payroll and invoicing processes.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills: MUST be proficient with Excel and cloud-based programs.
Previous experience in an NDIS Provider environment.
Knowledge of NDIS compliance and training requirements.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
