This role provides diverse work opportunities within the violence, abuse and neglect space including community and system development, capacity building, provision of education, specialist consultation and clinical work including intake coordination. We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following role requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity. A Degree in a social science or health related discipline (eg: Social Work, psychology, occupational therapy) with a minimum of 5 years postgraduate experience within counselling or social emotional interventions, and the ability to hold registration with your relevant disciplines professional body. Knowledge and understanding of sensitive and complex issues affecting women's health policy and service delivery in the Victorian and NSW contexts. Knowledge and understanding of the family violence policy and service delivery environment in both Victoria and NSW. Experience working in a clinical role with people affected by family violence. Demonstrated ability to be innovative, resourceful, and adaptable to implement lead and support change in the health care environment. Demonstrated ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, in a clear, effective, and engaging manner. Employment Type:  This is a 24 month Fixed Term, Part Time (negotiable with successfull candidate) opportunity.
