Position: Vintage Fruit Scheduling Administration Officer
This position is responsible for supporting the Grape Intake Scheduler to coordinate the harvest and receival of wine grapes into the Yenda Winery. This position requires daily communication with growers, contract harvesters, and various winery departments, whilst generating and maintaining data to support the scheduling process within time critical deadlines. Excellent communication and organisational skills, computer literacy, attention to detail, the ability to prioritise, and multi-task under pressure are essential.
Requirements:
Applicants must be available for the entire vintage period between January and April 2025.
All selected applicants will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical which includes a drug and alcohol test.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age by 31 January 2025 to work in the Winery.
School leavers and working holiday makers are encouraged to apply.
Interviews will be held in Griffith NSW, in October 2024. Interviews for applicants not in the local area will be held via Video Interview.
