About the role: Support project teams by ensuring effective design management and clear communication throughout tender preparation and project delivery phases. Assist with the development and maintenance of design management plans, ensuring all design deliverables are completed on time and meet project specifications. Collaborate with the team to review designs, address scope changes, and ensure appropriate integration of cost, time, and methodology considerations. Monitor and report the progress of design work, ensuring compliance with the Design Management Plan and project quality standards. Support the identification and management of project risks and opportunities, ensuring budgets and contracts are reviewed and maintained. The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience: A Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Civil), Degree in Civil Engineering, or an equivalent Civil Engineering qualification. Registration as a Chartered Professional Engineer status (CPEng) is advantageous. Prior practical construction site experience is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Current C-Class Driver's Licence.
