Based in Hughes/ Queanbeyan areaExcellent support from your Manager | Great Culture & On-boarding ProcessHourly Rate: $39.17 + SuperThe role: You will be responsible for coordinating the health, welfare, and social requirements of self-care customers, as well as cultivating and sustaining vibrant, active village communities. You'll also play a key role in facilitating communication between Community Village residents and management, while assisting new residents in smoothly integrating into village life.
In this role, you will work closely with the Village Service Coordinator in Goulburn/ Bundanoon, providing support both onsite and remotely.
Although you will possess prior experience in a customer care related role, you will be provided with ongoing training and support that begins with our comprehensive 3-day Onboarding program.
