About the Role:
As our Night Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our overnight guest experience. From auditing daily activity and ensuring financial accuracy to preparing for upcoming arrivals, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering seamless guest satisfaction. With security, leadership, and operational excellence at the forefront, you'll step into Night Manager duties as needed and help keep our resort running like clockwork.
What You'll Be Doing:
Master the Details: Audit daily arrivals, reconcile guest accounts, process charges, and ensure financial precision. Lead with Excellence: Support the Night Manager in overseeing nightly operations to guarantee every guest's comfort and safety. Keep Things Secure: Safeguard our property and guests, adhering to the highest standards of security and compliance. Create Memorable Moments: Welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, attend to requests, and deliver exceptional service—even after hours! Train the Team: Guide and develop Night Guest Service Agents with impactful inductions and ongoing training. Prepare for Success: Generate reports, conduct audits, and set the stage for a successful day ahead. What You Bring:
Experience in Night Auditing or Front Office Supervision (preferred). Advanced certifications in First Aid and Resuscitation—a must for this critical role.
