You will need :
Experience in administration, sales, marketing, hospitality or real estate
Strong financial management, and ability to pick up sales and marketing skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
High emotional intelligence and team orientation
Reporting to the CEO, your remit includes :
A keen focus on resident welfare and ensuring the upkeep of Village facilities
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and resident satisfaction
Maintaining high occupancy levels working with sales and marketing team on effective client acquisition strategies
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislative frameworks
Collaborating with case managers to grow home care services for residents
