We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, committed and customer service focused Village Coordinator to join our team in a permanent part-time role. This role involves working 2 days a week (Wednesday and Thursday), with potential to expand to 3 days a week, including Friday. The working hours are from 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM , including a 30-minute meal break each day.
Under the guidance of the Village Manager, you will provide friendly and efficient customer service to village residents and visitors. You will have excellent organisational skills along with attention to detail coupled with the ability to manage competing priorities to ensure all tasks are completed with both accuracy and efficiency.

Connect as One Team Act as a liaison with contractors, fostering effective communication and collaboration. Interact with residents and provide support on various village projects. Take charge of maintenance coordination to ensure continuous upkeep of the village. Navigate through intricate procurement processes, ensuring resources are acquired in compliance with EHS standards. Make Room for Kindness Monitor and ensure compliance with EHS standards. Liaise and assist residents moving in and leaving the village, including resident communication and interactions, property inspections, and entry and exit condition reports. Find the Fun Actively participate in planning and executing events and village wellbeing programs. Who You Are The successful candidate will have:
Demonstrated administration experience in a hospitality/construction/trade industry will be highly regarded. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exposure to coordinating Workplace Health & Safety is an advantage. Basic accounting/finance processing experience (billing and invoicing) is desirable. Previous experience working with the elderly is a plus. Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or willingness to complete). Perks and Benefits Competitive hourly rate with opportunities for continuing development.
