We are currently seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic andwell presented Village Administrator to provide support to the teamat Bethanie Esprit, located in Eaton.
Bethanie Esprit is home to awelcoming village community with a resident-led calendar, activeMen's Shed and a lively resort clubhouse.
This role is dynamic and comes with different challenges andopportunities, therefore we are looking for a 'go getter' with apassion for customer service.
You will have well developedadministration skills along with a genuine interest in the agedcare industry.
The Village Administrator provides support to the VillageManager in the day to day operational activities of the village andis a key point of contact for our residents.
This role is offered on a permanent full time basis working8.30am – 4.30pm across Monday to Friday.
About You Demonstrated experience within a busy administrative position, ideally in an aged care or retirement living environment High level of attention to detail, with the ability to learn new processes and software quickly Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team Ability to prioritise workload Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie Group Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply for one) The Role Provide a high level of customer service to residents, visitors and contractors Actively contribute to the development of a community culture within the village Respectful and effective management of complaints, compliments and suggestions Liaising between residents and contractors as required Assist with all aspects of prospective and incoming residents Raise all purchase order requisitions and liaise with suppliers Supporting the Village Manager in preparing budgets, monthly reporting, coordinating services and managing village matters Coordinate with residents and social committee on various items, including arranging catering for functions and distribution of communications such as newsletter Other reception and general administrative duties as required Working with BethanieMany of us work because we want to make adifference.
