This position is based in Perth, Western Australia, and the successful candidate will be reporting to the Country Director.About the positionAs the WHS/Compliance Administrator, your role is to support the service stations in maintaining all VIKING, state, and federal safety regulations and laws to ensure the workplace health and safety of our people and stations.You will be expected to have sound knowledge of current Australian legislation and Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) framework.In cooperation with the team, your primary responsibilities will be:Ensuring all AU stations remain compliant with all local and federal safety laws and regulations, as well as keeping in line with VIKING standardsMaintaining accurate record keeping using the VIKING online systemsDriving and maintaining safety initiatives, safety awareness and refresher trainingInvestigate and monitor workplace incidents, working closely with the relevant team manager, HR, Finance and the Country Director to facilitate corrective actions and any return to work arrangementsManage plant and equipment maintenance (Perth specific)Foster and maintain good working relationships with all service stations to support their WHS needsManage QHSE performance indicators.Your entry into the positionThe ideal candidate has experience in a similar position and is a self-starter with the ability to plan and manage their time effectively.
