Description du poste This Manager will be an integral member of our team and will contribute to the success of Safran Mexico thanks to his/ her very good soft skills. The selected candidate will (non-exhaustive list): Provide office administrative support for the leadership team in relation with Shared Services Centers (SSC) Team in Queretaro. Be the pilot of all our accounting and finance reports in relation with Safran Mexico day to day activity in relation with SSC. Be the Trade Compliance Correspondent for all Safran entities in Mexico and support the future legal director in Safran Mexico. Perform a wide variety of administrative, legal, finance, accounting, tax activities and various reporting. Perform support activities such as developing presentations, agendas, and memoranda for a variety of internal and external executive populations and create executive level charts, reports, and correspondence. Perform the yearly internal control campaign for Safran Mexico in coordination with SSC team in Queretaro. Review and respond to emails and phone calls, using discretion and judgment in gathering and conveying pertinent information in a timely manner. Responsible for the establishment of meeting and agenda priorities, travel schedules, and staff meetings within a very dynamic and ever-changing environment. Control the travel arrangements (trains, flights, cars, taxis, hotel booking, and contract management, registration for events, etc.). Manage all finance-related tasks in coordination with SSC Team, Safran Group's headquarters and GM, and provide relevant financial reports. Provide support to other Safran Group's companies, including corporate card reporting and expense reimbursement claims, employee leaves, and report to France, etc. Act as point of contact for HR, Finance, IT, and Communication/Marketing in coordination with the HR coordinator for Mexican companies. Responsible for maintaining the office procedures manual for Safran Mexico. Ensure to be always compliant with Safran Group internal regulations & procedures. Manage additional duties required by the General Manager. Exigences du poste Graduate Level: Business School in Finance or equivalent. General Administration with focus on Latin Culture (mainly Mexicain). Languages: Mexican, French, and English. Skills and experience required: International administration. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writing. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organization skills.
