Pinstripe Media, Australia's leading business, finance and tech marketing and publishing company is on the hunt for a talented and enthusiastic Videographer & Studio Producer who is looking for an exciting role that gives them ownership of a diverse range of video projects.
The role
Working closely with our Head of Production, this person is primarily responsible for filming high quality videos for both our own media brands as well as for clients of our marketing agency.
In addition, this role involves live streaming and vision switching live content from our state-of-the-art studio.
Our media brands include Kochie's Business Builders, Startup Daily, and Flying Solo, and productions for these brands includes Broadcast TV programs on Channel 7, digital / social videos in-studio and on-location, and live-streamed webinars.
Our marketing agency provides creative video content for clients from high-growth tech startups to global brands which spans TVCs, animations, story-driven profiles and brand promos, expert interviews, events and piece-to-camera videos, all of which can be produced in our studio or from locations right across Australia (and sometimes internationally).
We operate out of International Towers in Barangaroo, with a state-of-the-art, purpose-built studio where we shoot green-screen content and live or pre-recorded interviews.
This role is responsible for the setup and production of our studio shoots, including livestreaming and operation of the production desk.
The person
We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
At least 3 years experience as a videographer, shooting videos in a range of creative styles and scenarios, and a strong understanding and working knowledge of DSLR and broadcast cameras and associated audio recording equipment. Lighting a variety of environments. Experience switching live programming and both recorded and live events. Competent video editor using Adobe Premiere Pro, but only basic motion graphic skills needed. The sort of person we're after is:

Always paying intense attention to detail, and will deliver high quality work on time. Someone who can brilliantly manage their time, priorities, and schedules. Your main responsibilities include:
Prepare video and live streaming equipment and setup for assigned projects. Shoot interviews and b-roll in studio and on location with a variety of supplied cameras, using various frame rates and camera gear (i.e. gimbal). Edit video in a range of styles and formats, working with other producers / content / marketing teams. Work efficiently to manage technical resources in a live / pressured environment. Intuitive problem solving abilities that responds to real-world filming situations, while sticking to schedules and capturing great content. Willingness to work on assignments ranging from social media content, TVCs, digital clips, interviews and beyond. This is a full-time role based in our studios at Barangaroo, Sydney.
