Are you looking for an exciting challenge in a newly built workshop and brand new purpose-built workplace? Due to strong growth and relocating to larger premises, our client is looking for a Video Content Creator to join its marketing team in its new headquarters at Burpengary, North Brisbane, QLD (roughly 1 hour north of Brisbane City).
In this role, you will be responsible for the following: Direct, sequence, and shoot footage as required and to brief, including developing storyboards, preliminary scripts, editing, and the production of footage to final cut digital videos.
Create and capture content for Superior Engineering websites, social media platforms, flyers, and brochures.
Provide creative direction and production of photography/videos, brochures in line with brand standards.
Create and curate collections in the Photo Library in line with brand guidelines.
Liaising with the marketing dept to develop and administer the booking of design work, photography/videography for activities, events and visits.
Attend events as required and assist with the filming of video, capturing photographs and live streaming as needed.
Ensure pages are tagged correctly and metadata is correct.
Coordinate a content calendar for multiple social media platforms and accounts.
Use data engagement data and reporting tools to draw insights and report on post-performance and suggest methods for improving the channel/platform performance.
The successful candidate: Tertiary qualifications are an advantage but not required.
Relevant prior experience in video production, editing or animation.
Basic to intermediate 4wd knowledge or interest preferable.
Proficiency in Adobe software: Premiere Pro, In Design, Photoshop and Lightroom, and any experience within After Effects is favorable.
Comfortability in working autonomously and within set timeframes.
A strong client and customer focus and a commitment to person-centred service practices.
Knowledge and understanding of usability and accessibility standards as they apply to mobile and web-based digital content.
An excellent team player who can learn quickly and think independently, using their initiative to brainstorm creative ideas with the wider team.
Experience managing sensitive content and having a strong understanding of the latest trends in social media and best practice methodology.
Photography and video skills are highly desirable.
A passion for Social Media and content.
Strong level of initiative and ability to work autonomously.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
The Application Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 6.30am to 4pm, including overtime hours and penalty rates.
The position is available to start immediately, but depending on the successful applicant, this may not be a requirement.
The successful applicant must also have their own transport.
