Your role This is an exciting role to provide change support, including communications and training, for a range of digital and non-digital projects. These projects will support the products, services and efficiencies needed to deliver strategic benefits to VMIA and the state of Victoria.
What you do Assess change readiness and impacts and assessing the effectiveness of change management activities. Identify and document staff and client requirements for training and reference materials. Create training and reference materials, such as quick reference guides, frequently asked questions, how to videos. Create training session plans and resources, updating training and reference materials as required. Design and administer knowledge transfer and skills verification assessments. Create change management plans, incorporating all training and communications requirements, design and deliver activities in the change management plans. Where you fit Who you work with:
•You are supported by the Business Implementation Manager and Change Lead to support the business to deliver projects.
•You work closely with Subject Matter Experts, Business Analysts, Process experts and Change Analysts to achieve outcomes, share skills and knowledge.
•You build relationships across VMIA as required. You ensure key stakeholders are effectively supported, with the aim of enabling successful implementation and adoption of change by impacted staff and clients.
•You collaborate with colleagues across VMIA to bring your guidance and capability programs to life.
About you You have experience designing and developing guidance material and capability programs, which may include written guides, training workshops, consulting services, videos or online tools. Strong interpersonal skills to help you navigate stakeholders through complex topics to achieve agreed outcomes. You understand process maps and system changes and can translate them into plain English. You have the ability to write and develop engaging and accurate content for a range of formats such as stakeholder communications, user guides and FAQs. You have strong organisational skills and attention to detail with an ability to prioritise. Experience in the healthcare, medical sector would be advantageous, though not essential. Qualifications You hold a qualification, or equivalent experience, in learning and development, service design, change management, marketing, communications, organisational behaviour, business or other related discipline.
