We're looking for someone who can elevate our compliance framework across Victoria and drive a culture of safety and accountability throughout our sites and logistics operations.
The Opportunity: As the State HSEQ Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and enforcing compliance throughout our Victorian operations. Reporting directly to our National HSEQ Manager, you'll drive all aspects of compliance with a focus on safety and quality. This role is designed for an experienced leader ready to engage with our teams, lead by example, and add value through strategic compliance initiatives across the state.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure that all elements of the Integrated Management System (IMS) meet and exceed ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Manage, develop, and enhance the Quality Management System, creating and refining procedures to align with our high standards. Serve as the compliance authority across Victorian operations, embedding HSEQ principles within our sites and logistics teams. Engage and collaborate with senior leaders and clients on compliance issues, ensuring Lantrak's standards are represented at every level. Lead, mentor, and support the State HSEQ team to foster a proactive, compliant, and safety-focused culture. Prepare and deliver state-wide compliance reports to both internal and external stakeholders. Develop and conduct impactful training sessions that empower staff to uphold Lantrak's high standards of safety and quality. About You: A seasoned HSEQ professional with 5+ years in a compliance role within construction, ideally with Tier 1 experience. Qualified in safety or quality management (safety preferred), with a solid foundation in ISO standards and auditing (a plus). Proven experience in client engagement, representing compliance interests and fostering trusted partnerships. A driven, adaptable leader with a practical approach and a passion for continual improvement and value-adding in a fast-paced environment. Why Lantrak?
