About the Role: The Justice Officer role is to deliver friendly, efficient customer service to clients of the Department of Justice and Community Safety who report to CCS Coolaroo.
As part of the role you will also consistent, timely and accurate administrative support to regional locations and staff.
The position is based at the Coolaroo Justice Service Centre.
However, it is an expectation of the role that the successful applicant is willing to support at other locations across either the North Metro (Broadmeadows and Tullamarine office).
A driver's license is therefore preferred but not essential.
Some of your duties may include (Accountabilities differ depending on the work location):
Providing a range of high quality and efficient front of house administrative services, such as Consumer Affairs or Births, Deaths and Marriages enquiries and applications, and other services relevant to the location Providing information and assistance to clients, internal and external stakeholders and the public including the collation, review and processing of applications Undertaking a range of administrative functions including word processing, data input and management and the maintenance of various records, registers and returns Greeting and liaise with clients and stakeholders and provide accurate advice and information in relation to Justice Services in accordance with business processes.
