Requirements
Ph.D. in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience Proven experience in a leadership role in research and development Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills Excellent project management and organizational abilities Ability to drive innovation and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience working in a cross-functional environment Demonstrated track record of successful product development and commercialization
