We're seeking a future team member for the role of VP / SVP – Liquidity & Margin Sales Representative to join our Markets team. This role is located in Sydney, Australia – Hybrid.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Work as a subject matter expert to represent the sales organization's to acquire new franchise clients from internal or external sources.Drive sales for the Liquidity and Margin services business in Australia.Coordinate with sales and business heads to develop and agree on targets (segment, client, product etc.) for prospective clients.Establish self as an advisor and facilitate access and connectivity to the client c-suite, including likely future successors.Execute on new business that supports our client strategy and targets and aligns with our control environment, including management of our client pipeline.Develop and contribute towards regional strategy and sales initiatives.Leverage existing leads whilst continuously building a pipeline of new clients to further develop in new markets/client segments.To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.Well-versed in the financial services industry and detailed insight into clients' businesses.A self-starter who takes ownership and accountability with urgency.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; must be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.Collaborative, team-oriented, service-oriented, and with a drive to win business while mitigating risk.Knowledge of money markets preferred.Knowledge of collateral business preferred.At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
