Work in SydneySenior Property role availableExcellent benefits on offerCapstone is currently recruiting for an experienced Vice President to work for an investment management business based in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing investment and development business.

Reporting to the Managing Director, your core responsibilities will include the management of the Investment Management team including the responsibility of the day-to-day financial modeling, feasibility, and statistical analysis of assets, portfolio, and Fund Mandates and reporting for Capital. 

 Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain development, property, portfolio, and fund models providing key metrics including returns, costs, leasing, vacancy, etc.Manage cash flow modeling at a property and portfolio level for leasing and scenario analysis.Lead the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packs Strategic Asset Plans (SAP), and Budgets.Development, maintenance, and enhancements of Excel financial models and performance measurement tools.You will ideally have 8 years + experience in the banking and real estate industry. Proven skills in financial modeling, experience in investment analysis, advanced Excel skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and excellent problem-solving ability. Degree qualification in property, finance or economics is required.
