With over 400 people and five development labs spread across Australia, New Zealand, the United States of America, and the United Kingdom, Objective is a leading developer of SaaS solutions for the government.Our role:The VP, Customer Solutions will be responsible for developing and executing the Regulatory Solutions' global sales and customer success strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role involves overseeing sales and customer success teams, setting performance targets, and aligning sales objectives with broader business goals. This role reports to the Global VP, Regulatory Solutions and has people management responsibilities.A day in your role:Achieve regional revenue and retention targets by developing strategic territory plans, planning and setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and accurately forecasting and reporting against targets.Lead the ongoing embedding and delivery of the Customer Success Framework (including commercial account management) and ensure the team is effectively driving measurable customer success outcomes.Provide employee-focused leadership and actively drive a high-performing culture and strong employee engagement through the hiring, motivation, and development of a diverse team of salespeople (including presales) and customer success managers.Coach team members to increase their professional capabilities, including growing strategic sales skills, account management, professional presentation, and use of Salesforce, TAS and Scotwork negotiations.Develop a pipeline to achieve current and future years' quotas both through the team and individually through your network.The role may be required to directly manage high-value and/or strategic accounts based on territory.Effectively demonstrate domain expertise in the public sector and regulated industries while providing value and insight to key stakeholders.Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Consulting, and Product teams to engage with customers more deeply.Analyse and report on global and by-region opportunities and pipelines.Your skills, experience and beyond:Seasoned sales leader with demonstrated experience of developing and driving successful sales and customer success teams.Expertise in Solution Selling or Strategic Selling methodologies.Strong product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to translate client needs into a complete solution.Knowledge of IT Industry trends and emerging technologies.Experience in using corporate sales tools such as Salesforce, TAS and Scotwork negotiations.Knowledge of Customer Success frameworks and methodologies.Highly analytical and strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Our benefits:Hybrid work arrangements to support work-life balance.Access to EAP for confidential counselling.Extensive learning resources to develop your skills.Regular social events to promote team bonding.We are recognized as an endorsed employer for women.
