Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Business Advisor role will make an impact. The key responsibilities for this role include:
Maintain the designated territory ensuring continuation of optimum service to 1st line accounts; Exceeding net sales target of dispensary and OTC pharmacy products within a defined territory of supporting customers and acquisition targets; Maintain loyalty of 1st line accounts through building close relationships to ensure their requirements are being met by the company's products where possible; Execute agreed business tactics to optimize substitution opportunities; Design & execute quarterly business plans which include targets, action plan & outcomes for each account; Facilitate a 1st class sales experience using business insights, analytics & innovative deal-level strategies; Acknowledge & overcome customer concerns. Take ownership of territory issues & provide appropriate solutions. Escalate to Regional Business Manager if required; Consistently record & assess call outcomes in call notes within the required system. The minimum qualifications for this role are: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Science or Sales; At least 1 year experience working within Australia's generic market; 1-2 years' experience in B2B complex sales environments; Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets; Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder).
