This role features a hybrid work arrangement, with four days in the office to promote collaboration, build strong connections, and enhance team engagement. The Corporate Communications Manager will lead and execute VetPartners' internal and external communication strategies, driving impactful messaging across ESG, DEI, and EVP initiatives. Collaborate with leadership, create compelling content, and enhance brand reputation while fostering employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities Develop and Execute Communication Strategies: Create a cohesive communications plan tailored for both internal and external audiences.Lead External Communications (70%): Drive brand visibility through targeted campaigns, social media, partnerships, and press releases, highlighting our ESG and GHG reduction initiatives.Enhance Internal Communications (30%): Keep employees informed and engaged by delivering impactful messaging on DEI, wellbeing, and organisational updates.Create Compelling Content: Develop engaging materials across multiple platforms, including newsletters, videos, social media posts, and presentations.Analyze and Improve: Track metrics, gather feedback, and refine strategies to ensure maximum impact and alignment with company goals.Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with senior leaders to align messaging across departments and provide strategic communication insights.Skills, Attributes, and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).Demonstrated experience in communications, with a proven track record in internal and external strategies.Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills for diverse audiences.Experience in managing ESG, DEI, and EVP communication campaigns.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with the animal health, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries is highly desirable.Passion for animal health and a commitment to advancing the well-being of animals.Why VetPartners?
