We are a bustling small animal clinic located south of the river, dedicated to providing exceptional veterinary care with a touch of warmth and compassion.

Responsibilities: Assist our veterinarians in providing high-quality care to our animal patients.Perform nursing procedures with precision and care, including administering medications, collecting samples, assisting with surgeries, monitoring anaesthetics, placing IV catheters, nursing consults, reception duties, completing comprehensive nursing notes, patient admissions and discharges, caring for hospital patients, etc.Educate pet owners on proper care techniques and treatment plans.Maintain cleanliness and organization within the clinic to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both patients and clients.Collaborate closely with the team to ensure seamless patient care and client satisfaction.Requirements: Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.At least 18 months experience post qualification as a veterinary nurse in a small animal hospital.Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanour.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Dedication to upholding the highest standards of animal care and welfare.Must be available to work a rotating Saturday roster.At Vetwest Canning Vale, we believe in fostering a culture of inclusivity, support, and growth.
