Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Veterinary Director to join our team for 30 hours per week. As the Veterinary Director, your key responsibilities will include leading and managing the veterinary team while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
You will be expected to provide high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
Encouraging open communication and the sharing of ideas among all team members is essential, as is collaborating with the team to continuously enhance our services and client experience.
Additionally, you will actively participate in the development and implementation of clinic protocols and procedures.
Qualifications This role is best suited to a Veterinarian with at least 4 years practical experience.
Clinical leadership and management skills desired but not essential as we will mentor you!
To be considered for this role, you must hold a Veterinary Science qualifications from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards' Council (AVBC) and/or have completed NAVLE, AVE or alike examinations.
