About the RoleAs a veterinary medical receptionist, you'll be at the heart of operations, providing vital administrative support and ensuring a welcoming environment for pets and their owners.
Working in a fast-paced, rewarding setting, you'll manage client communications, appointments, and records, collaborating closely with the veterinary team to deliver exceptional experiences for every furry guest.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet clients and pets, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.Coordinate appointments, including consultations and procedures.Manage inbound calls and emails, providing accurate information and updates.Maintain client records and process payments, ensuring compliance with clinic policies.Support veterinarians and pet hotel staff with administrative tasks, scheduling, and documentation.Contribute to a positive client experience by streamlining processes and addressing inquiries efficiently. What Are We Looking For?Veterinary Experience: Previous experience in a veterinary environment (vet nursing, vet receptionist, etc.)
is highly desirable.System Knowledge: Familiarity with vet-specific systems and software is a plus.Passion for Animals: A genuine love for dogs and cats and a commitment to their well-being.Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect effectively with clients and team members.Organised and Detail-Oriented: Proficiency in multitasking and prioritising in a busy environment.
