Company Description Our fantastic team at Greencross Vets Wilsonton are looking for a vet to join their team from late 2024.
The team boast multi-disciplinary strengths and areas of interest.
They work together to provide best practice care to all client and patient needs.
State-of-the-art in-house diagnostics include digital dental radiology, digital radiology and ultrasound.
The clinic is recently opened and modern.
We have four consult rooms, separate surgical theatre and isolation ward.
We can support flexible working arrangements and rostering.
Our vets enjoy no after-hours work and minimal weekends, as these are rotated between the team to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
Toowoomba is a vibrant city with all the benefits of a bigger city but the feel of a country town.
We have great schools, plus a strong artistic and cultural community.
There are many events to enjoy including the popular Toowoomba food and wine festival.
It is only a short drive to Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast or the Gold Coast.

Job Description Working as a vet at Greencross Wilsonton you can expect to:
Deliver personalised, professional and dedicated care to our patients and owners Handle and treat all animals Regular consults and routine surgery Use evidence-based diagnoses, therapies and recommended courses of treatment Provide follow-up care and education of our pet owners Confidently work as a sole practitioner in the clinic when required Qualifications You should have:
A flexible and adaptable approach, with a commitment to gold standards of care Passion for pets (naturally), with excellent animal handling skills Registration or eligibility for veterinary registration in Australia Exceptional organisational, communication and customer service skills Interest in, and commitment to, working in a team environment Additional Information We want you to learn from the very best minds in our industry, both here and abroad.
