What You'll Do: Be the cornerstone of support for our frontline teams, who are the heart of our hospitals! Foster a culture of excellence in patient care. Drive financial management and hospital reporting with a focus on team collaboration. Lead projects and ensure smooth operations to enhance team performance. Partner with our Clinical Manager to champion outstanding patient outcomes. Oversee rostering and resources, ensuring our veterinary teams are equipped to excel. What We're Looking For: A dynamic leader with experience in operations and a strong background in people development, onboarding, and performance management. Expertise in financial management and project coordination, with a people-focused approach. Proven experience in leading small to medium teams, inspiring others through your approachability and transparency. A natural relationship builder, adept at fostering connections and problem-solving. Flexibility in working hours to support our team and business needs. A detail-oriented multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the veterinary industry (formal qualifications are a bonus but not essential).
