About Us: Gladstone Vet Clinic is a well-established and community-loved veterinary practice located in Sun Valley. Our clinic specializes in the care of small animals, with a touch of exotic pets such as birds and lizards. With a loyal client base and a reputation for quality care, we are a stable and welcoming practice seeking a part-time or full-time veterinarian.
The practice is highly spacious and well-equipped to provide comprehensive care including two large consulting rooms, a separate surgery, a sterilisation room, a large treatment area, and a hydro bath.
The Role: We are currently seeking a part-time or full-time small animal veterinarian to continue to deliver personalised, professional and dedicated care to our patients and their owners.
Our clinic operates with reasonable hours: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays from 8 AM to 12:30 PM. Saturdays will be a shared roster. There are no after-hours requirements, allowing for an excellent work-life balance.
Ideal Candidate: Bachelor of Veterinary Science + current Veterinary Board Registration or eligibility for veterinary board registration in Australia Excellent verbal and written communication skills Willingness to train and expand your skill levels A cheerful personality and a passion for building strong client and team relationships. Willingness to integrate into the local community and build lasting relationships with clients.
